Essentially, the soapbox is a forum where budding writers, ranters, poets can strut their stuff and wow us with your vocabulary skills.

We will be accepting submissions for essays, fiction (short stories and poems) and commentaries that deal with athletics and running. Try to make your submissions creative and intelligent, or at least mildly amusing and highly sarcastic.
